There are two ways to producing instant strawberries. One is by making them a strawberry jam, and the another way is by turning them into fresh strawberries in a can. To make a strawberry jam, there are several process that must be done. First, the strawberries must be added with sugar, then they must be boiled. The next thing to do is to simmer them for two hours. While for the finishing touch, the strawberries are stored inside a jar. While to make them strawberries in a can, then the strawberries must be sterilized first, and after that, they can be stored in a can. The last step in both processes is to distribute the strawberries to particular places, such as restaurants where they will be turned into sweets, shops, and bakeries where they will be processed into cakes.

Both processes have their own similarities and differences. As for the similarities, both processes make the strawberries stored in a storage place (i.e. jars and cans). And in the end, they will be distributed to where they are needed, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. While for the differences, the strawberries are treated in a different way. In the making of a strawberry jam, strawberries have to deal with alot of chemical processes, therefore their flavor will be less natural. On the other hand, making fresh strawberries in a can only deals with one chemical process, so the strawberries will be more fresh and natural.

part two

In the house, the hot and cold water is distributed in a particular way. In general, both type of water are distributed from a supply to a bath, wash basin and sink. But the differences is the source of water. Cold water comes from mains, while the hot water, is basically a cold water that is turned into hot water. And unlike cold water, hot water isn't distributed into a toilet.

Two kinds of popular strawberry products, strawberry jam and canned strawberry, are processed differently. The first step of making both products begins in strawberry farm where the strawberries must be sorted out to obtain the best quality. Ripe strawberry is red and bigger than the raw one, which is green and small. After ripe strawberries are collected, they are delivered to the jam factory and canning factory. In the jam factory, strawberries are put into big bowl to be finely pounded, and sugar is added adequately to sweeten the sour strawberries. Then, it is boiled at a 100 Celcius degrees temperature with a high pressure, and simmering for about two hours. It is quite a long time to make the boiled strawberries turn mushy. After finishing that process, the jam batter is immediately put into jars. The strawberry jams are labeled and ready to be consumed. These jams are distributed to bakeries and shops. The bakeries need strawberry jams to fill layered cakes and breads or for their other cakes products, while the shops sells the strawberry jams for peoples. In canning factory, sorted strawberries are sterilised first. It is an important process to prevent consumens from eating strawberries that contain insecticides. Moreover it is also functioned to kill germs that may harm our body. The next step is put the strawberries in cans, so they are save to be eaten. These canned strawberries are distributed to the shops and restaurants. Restaurants serve fresh strawberries for sweets, ice cream, and to garnish the dessert.

Water system in common house is separated into cold and hot water system. The water source, normally cold, could either comes from individual water well at home or from the city water supply distribution. If it comes from a home water well, a pump is required to pump it out from the well and distribute the water to the house mains and to the cold water storage tank. If it comes from the city water supply, the pressure is not strong enough to push the water to the higher level. Therefore we need to store it first at the storage tank underground and then pump it to distribute the water to the house mains and to the cold water tank. The cold water is used for toilet flushing, sink, wash basin and bath. For making the hot water, there are three types of water heating system : by using electric water heater, gas water heater or solar water heater. Generally for those systems, the water is taken from cold water tank and flowed to the water heating system which has the hot water tank to store the heated water. From that tank, the hot water is distributed through pipes to the bath, wash basin, and sink tap. So, if somebody in house want to use hot water, he/she just opens the red coloured faucet, and ussually combines with opening the blue coloured faucet of cold water to get the desired hot water temperature, not too hot.
